Microform Precision was founded in 1981 in Sacramento, California as a small custom fabricator dedicated to serving manufacturers in the local area.
The current owners of Microform Precision have been with the company since 1996. Since this time, Microform Precision has developed into one of the largest custom metal fabricators in the greater Sacramento region with over 56,000 square feet of manufacturing, office and warehouse space. Conveniently located near the Sacramento International Airport and the interchange of I5 and I80, Microform Precision is strategically positioned to serve the Bay Area, the Central Valley, Sacramento and its surrounding areas.

The company is taking positive steps to conserve energy and natural resources. Just a few examples include:
- Purchasing a closed loop filtration system for our water jet in order to reduce water usage
- Utilizing the services of an independent lab to monitor water discharge
- Purchasing a fiber optic laser, dramatically reducing energy consumption
- Installing motion sensor lighting throughout the facility
- Only using low VOC paint, resulting in better environmental air quality
- Promoting the use of powder coating to our customers as an environmentally friendly alternative
- Recycling all scrap material including steel, stainless steel and aluminum
